I've used rapid rooters, root riot plugs and the new ventana plant science plugs Hands down the ventana plant science ones are the best I have ever used No comparison Check them out if u haven't heard of them The speed of seedling growth is amazing

When transplanting i usually sprinkle the mycroryzal fungi directly onto the plant base covering the whole thing lightly before i put in the pot, you use more of the product but you get a better coverage of the roots otherwise i spot on follow the same procedures besides the food additives haha

Good vid but peppers and eggplant won’t root further if you plant deeper Only tomatoes do this However you definitely can plant those a bit deeper too

If your following this tutorial make sure you take into account the fact that your plants can easily become root bound if you leave them in small pots for too long like the plant he took out of the small plastic one If this happens your plants will stunt and slowly die

If i trasplanted too soon and the stem is already going down, what's the problem? The leaves appeared 2 or 3 days ago and when I transplanted it today I accidentally broke the block of ground and I could see the roots coming out so I took the little plant out very gently and transplanted it in another pot (by holding it still and circling it with the rest of the ground The stem after 4/6 hours is already looking bad and it used to point up, now it is pointing down and looks kinda dead this already happened to me with other 2 plants and I got nerves for that, it is very unbearable but i guess it is the rookie experience I have Any help

I've found that the brand great white mycorrhiza works the best for the transplant It is a little more expensive but a little goes a long way with the stuff And if you don't have a lot of money you can always get one of the $8 1 oz containers which is more than enough for about 8 pots

we use to only transplant from the seedling room to the hot houses while the root system wasnt fully developed in the original medium, while it was young, in an aerated pre fertilized medium in rows, really similar but much quicker, but i just read you started from clones :(

what if the previous planting media is completely different from the one I would like to use for the transplantation I've bought some plants with regular potting soil but I want to use mixture of perlit and sphagnum moss Should i remove completely the old soil and wash the roots and the plant?
