This game runs on a dual core Not only this game, just cause 4, and many other titles run on a dual core, seems like the devs had to tone down the cpu load of their games to make them run on these consoles

This video doesn't confirm anything other than the fact that VGTech obviously didn't account for the heavy TAA implementation and as such it is throwing their numbers Digital Foundry has made it clear on numerous occasions how TAA can lead to inconsistent numbers if it's not accounted for in analysis, they also specifically highlighted that for this game in particular and did above and beyond additional checks for dynamic resolutions to which they arrived at nonebrbrAll four versions of the game use a static resolution implementation
