I've spent a week trying to figure this out, I've tried all of these steps and more, but today I found a solution that helped me I downloading this app on my PC that looks for problems in your PC, I was trying to download sea of thieves off the Microsoft store and nothing would download, as I said before I've tried many solutions that didn't work, and some causing possible virusis in my PC, I hope this link can help some of you that it did to me the app will allow you to look for problems and they will fix them for you, I really hope this help @t
