wrong again, I think what's going on here is the writers settled on it being written this way because they thought it was the best most compelling way for it to go down for the viewers - that's all and they are probably right there's other ways to write these scenes but what other ways would have been as good? you tell me I doubt any other way would have been better so they wrote them this way Just a coincidence that they are similar situations
