Correction right off the bat Costa Concordia wasn't in waters too shallowshe was in waters too close to the rocks offshore, (performing a sail by the island) and could not move quickly enough away given her speed, current, wind, and other factors, all of which meant that she scraped a huge rock formation, tore open a huge gash and eventually sank She continued out and away after the collision into deeper waters, however, luckily, she drifted back closer to the shallow waters before she went down, and so ended up only partially submerged If she had gone down in the deeper waters, they would never have been able to remove her

The sailing ship on the rock I actually believe a storm was powerful enough to put it up there or a tsunami came through and they got some pretty big waves and put it up there on that rock it must be sitting up there just right so it didn't fall now it's got all them the trees, and plants, bushes, and animal life, and that's my story and I'm sticking to mine
