Gold is a commodity, Bitcoin is not Melt gold down, its useful in a million applications and considered beautiful It is backed up by value that cannot be separated from it, even if you put less gold in coins to inflate the currency, gold is still gold brBitcoin has an artificial limitation like gold in the sense that gold can only be mined so fast, but there's no hard limit on how much you could manipulate bitcoin And though it is restrictive, that doesn't give Bitcoin utility They're just numbers on a screen

Gold is infinite in supply and extremely difficult to secure and verify There will only ever be 21 million bitcoin energy comparisons are ridiculous if bitcoin is successful bc it will be the global settlement layer for value itself There is no amount of energy usage solving that problem wouldn’t deserve Keep doubting bitcoin and it will keep chewing up your wealth Honey badger don’t care next halving is 8 months away

Gold has a cost to mine and carry Bitcoin has a cost to mine and carry Both Gold and Bitcoin are speculative Neither is more valuable than the other, intrisically Why is silicon valley worth more than the Gold market? Is that wrong? Have the markets mispriced Gold? Or over valued silicon valley? Market prices are speculative when no cash flow is being generated
