24 FPS works well with racing games, not so on TPS and FPS games Even 30 FPS looked quite bad on FPS especially if it's on PC

Even with my laptop's generic 1366x768 60Hz display, the difference when playing the video at 720p/60fps is easily noticeable When it comes to gaming regardless on PC or smartphone, high refresh rate definitely pays dividend
