The concern that I have is they already have the major foundries and designers as customers Growth could come from the IP side of the business, but in the software side, it depends on their pricing structure If it's a pay-as-you-go model I could see decent 8 growth as they add new modules that their custumers use If it's a flat fee/tierd pricing, I model 5-6 growth I like these businesses, they are the Visa and Mastercard of the space
