Do not underestimate the power of the infantry variants of the scout class These variants are handy in more short range engagements (not CQC) You have faster firing and they can be just as deadly Practice getting your aiming on the target before going down sight I also set my magnification on these variants to the max, which helps as well Just an overall snipping tip, always think about being in a spot were they enemy will not expect you That may mean that you are not in the most ideal location, but having the element of surprise is always better Comment from : Ryan Hurley |

When sniping I find myself dropping my biggest kill games when I stay behind my teammates That way the focus is on them and I can get some easy picks while not putting myself in difficult situations When my teammates get taken out I'm still back far enough that I can stand my ground until they respawn At the same time I'm still close enough that I can jump on a capture point with them Being up in the mix is fun but also takes a lot of skill and map knowledge so I don't recommend that strategy to new players However there will be times when you have to play the more aggressive style so its good to try it every so often Marksman variant rifles are something you should learn to use because not having the scope glare gives you a slight edge when dealing with other snipers You do lose some zoom but you give yourself more flexibility when it comes to kits and just scanning for targets Comment from : LukeSpookem |

How to improve your snipingplay on PC No, I'm not promoting the "master race" I play on PS4 but sniping and FPS is generally a lot easier with a mouse and keyboard than a controller I've sniped on console and PC and PC is definitely a hell of a lot easier You can adjust your sights and move a lot quicker and be a lot more accurate You can do a 180 or a 360 with just the flick of your wrist rather than holding down the analog stick I'm gonna stick to my PS4 though Comment from : Runtwer |

Really good tips Here are three tips that I've found really helpful when I've started Sniping:brbr- use the objectives distance marks to have a good idea of the distances and adjust your zero (just need to aim on "objective letter"brbr- while the @4:29 "Pick the best weapon for the situation" is a good tip If you are starting to play as Scout, it would be better to stick with the same rifle and scope till you think you are ready for another one Master a rifle first and it will be much easier to master othersbr(I personally recommend the SMLE Marksman since it is a good overall rifle for medium, close and long distances IMO)brbr- you can change the "optics" (don't know if this is the correct word - english is not my main language) and adjust it to one that works better for you Comment from : Andre Nery |

I would say a good tip would try and go probe for every sniper shot if you can so you don't miss the headshot as you were bobbing up and down Plus I don't know how to hold my breath when sniping so that why I use the prone technique Can someone tell me how to hold my breath I play on xbox1 Comment from : Tintin01 |
