I advise people who are looking to open up new accounts to NEVER open up account with Citibank The fraud department blocked my account after I made two small purchases, the fraud department customer service is HORRIBLE and never give you a straight answer on anything They did tell me that I'll receive a check with my remaining funds 30-60 after the account closure Seriously, they literally closed my account for nothing! I’ve had more success with the actual Zelle app than the Citi app Citi doesn’t allow you to use the Zelle app anymore So I went into the Citi app and tried to set it up and once I accept and agree to the terms I choose the account and what not and press continue , NOTHING Happens I can press continue a million times and still nothing bring back the ability to use the Zelle app please !!!!!!! Thats awesome you can do this (sarcasm), but what's the point if I cant do anything with it??? Your app dosen't even have the capability of sending money from my citi account to my external account Whats even worse? I can only do it from a computer So if I'm going abroad or if im not even near a computer I cant even send money to myself (bank account im trying to send to doesn't have Zelle) Pretty shocked this is a problem Comment from : Saaads |
