It's definitely the drivers giving you issues with GTA V The last couple days I've been struggling to get a HD 6970 running GTA V smoothly With everything turned down I am get 27-36 fps with 30 load on the GPU and 25-30 load on the CPU (Xeon 1240v2) I am using Windows 10 though and thinking it might be a worthwhile test to put Windows 7 on and try again Interesting video Comment from : @aaronbrooks9624 |
