Thanks for the video The problem I have with exposure is that often when I try to expose myself to my fears (watching a certain TV show, etc) it can often make me feel much worse in the moment Like, sweating all over, knot in my stomach kind of worse I know it’s necessary but I don’t know when it will get better I’m not comfortable with seeking ERP because of the theme of this bout of my OCD (I’m sure you can guess) so I’m trying to do my own exposures, even if it’s through gritted teeth Any advice welcome Comment from : George Johnson |
