Arkansas Sate police and troopers are giants, I was pulled over by a Trooper and I felt like a mini man compared to this guy, but just as friendly as could be, I have never seen a small Arkansas Policeman or State trooper, men or women, they will both kick yer ass if needed, lol!!!
