They have many options to curb this issue, but I don't think they will until people that aren't on bulls#@t start bothering the higher ups to change this! I live by an airport and frequently get the same drivers and they're all great! People are going to have bad experience in many different types of companies, but that doesn't mean you should make employees and consumers deal with the repurcussions of your crap! It's ridiculous to even have to watch this When they stop allowing rides to be cancelled in motion; with the exception of misconduct that requires police involvement, the rider should have to file a grievance and request video of the ride before refund People can lose their jobs and livelihood from ignorance of others and they don't give a damn! So make them do the work for a legitimate refund!¡! IJS🤷🏾
