I was experiencing hyposmia from smelling fragrances too long at an elevated level Found this video after much research and tried it myself AND IT WORKED! About 15 minutes after doing this, the air entering my nose felt colder and stung a bit like breating very cold dry air 1st thing I smelled was whatever boogers I had up there Smelled the fragrances I was unable to smell at all before and smelled them very close to the level I believe to be a normal level Maybe a tad muted I would have been the 1st person to call this BS if I hadn't experienced it myself Unbelievable!

I think this may have actually worked! My taste and smell may have just improved because I just ate some BBQ chips and could taste them better in accuracy when yesterday they tasted so bad to me I could also taste my orange juice better 🙏🏻✨

this is crazy just tried it after my smell and taste vanished within a random span of a couple of hours (whilst being ill) and it’s brought back at least 30-35 of my smell and taste back crazy! brbrfunniest part was the look on my mums face when i explained that i’ll need her to flick the back of my head twice😂😂priceless

The only thing that worked for me is olfactory training I was skeptical and regret not to have begun before I noticed only a little improvement every day for a year! After a year I surrounded myself with purfumes I brought them with me in the bag too When I came home I did olfactory training with coffee nutmeg etc etc In only 2 weeks I have noticed the double of the improvement I got in an entire year So if you are destined to get it back olfactory training helps to get it before

Totally makes sense that this would instantly fix the olfactory nerve support cells that have been destroyed by Covid though binding with ACE2 receptors Here was me thinking science and biology was the answer and all I needed to do was get someone to flick my head
