I got a Asus fx504 DT GTX 1650 Ryzen 5 3550 n 16gigs of Ram I only get 40-55 fps on avg Can I overclock my gpu or cpu etc? I need something I love this game so much and would appreciate you actually helping me instead of ignoring this comment

I put everything high vs low IN RUST GAME AND I still GET the same 68 - 83 fps Idk what to do Like once I put everything 0 and it was the same and other time I put everything to 100 and it was still the same fps Battery plan is the same, all of the other games gives me 200 plus but not this one I have a ryzen 7 3700x with RX 5700 gpu , 32 gbs of ram and my pc is always at 40 - 50 Celsius it never go higher bc I have alot of air flow CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME 🙏 😢
