So apart from that you described scrum with using a kanban system for the sprint board, which by common nomenclature would make it scrumban and didn’t actually explain what the fundamental difference is you’re not far offbrScrum is an empirical process management methodology and Kanban is a change management system There is a difference and whilst both can be used to run a project like you described that’s not actually what they are Kanban makes the most sense when combined with something like lean/systems thinking Kanban is also far more adaptable than scrum Comment from : R U |
