Why can you not clip sections of walls and control how much REFRACTION happens Or am i inexperience in the tools Because i see a lot of struggling with lighting dark corner, dark spots in well lit rooms like under a table why can you not make objects that have a control mechanism that adjust how much light is able to pass through them A tree is a perfect example, a dense jungle would be difficult to light properly and take up lots of GB But if you could maneuver around and clip a small area of tree and adjust the amount of light able to pass through, than you can do more with less it bothers me when im running around in this brightly lit game and a single tree is casting this unrealistically dark shade if refraction exist than you could control how dark the shade would be with minimal effort Comment from : Anthony Golyer |

It is just the good modeling, it is not the graphics per say Good animation with good scripting all combined with good camera placement Very good textures and you will need one of the best expensive computers to play this But it looks fun and good I am impressed I am making a video game myself and not even close to this But I can and this has inspired me I do not use other peoples game engines, I code it myself So seeing this makes me want to do better with the animations and textures Comment from : Egypt Versus Zombies |

Can Somebody Help I tried downloading Unreal Engine 511 on my Windows 10 I put the pathway to my SD Card (D:) and when it was downloading to 25 It just stops and the GB on the downloading tab kept adding to 14GB - 56GB (it says "Install Failed: Error Code: IS-FC02-1392) I tried creating new files, cleaning my SD card, and doing a Memory check but neither worked Can someone help me with this issue because I really want to make games but this is a problem that I'm too confuse to figure out So do anyone have a solution and make me finally download UE 511 (I have many games in mind but this is sadly stopping my ambitions to make games I want to make) Comment from : LockTheNoise |

The engine can be good, but in my experience 90 of the games are mediocre at best, There just aren't enough people who can write an intriguing story I mean like Detroit become human, the last of us part 1 and basically all those sony plastation exclusive games with the exeption of the witcher 3 because that is a good game too but it doesn't need unreal engine You see that even cd project red makes HUGE mistakes when it comes to creating a good game, even in deciding on how the game should look, is it a first person or third person perspective game, wellcyberpunk 2077 did fail in that regard, imagine how it would be a game if it was third person, it would be such a hitso an engine won't do wonders!
