Hi Angela, I am just starting in DTF with my wife I saw today epson 2100 on presentation and the presenter show us that instead of tape you can just put drops of water :)

Can anyone answer why my ET-2850 only is printing 1 inch of the image on dtf When I use the sublimation paper it prints the entire image but since I’m trying to print on dark fabrics I’m gonna need the dtf film to print on I’ve used 2 different & both only print 1 inch of the image

Im thinking of switching to dtf from white toner but to tell you honestly I'd rather have white toner than dtf dtf is too slow its like 17-20 mins per shirt just know the right temp of your heat press to your white toner and youll be good dtf print quality might be better than white toner but all and all i think white toner is better (2 years white toner user BTW)

statement about not feeling print on shirt is false depending on quality of ink, u may very well feel some roughness to the print its normal in most cases depending on what ink was used

The DTF/DTG printing methodology is great, however Considering the amount of time, it takes/or processes that is involved in making a single shirt it just did not make any business sense to me The labor coupled with ink cost is enormous I just don’t see how this can be a profitable endeavor for a small business owner that is printing individual t-shirts brOnly exemption is if you are printing bulk orders maybe labor cost can be reduced

Looks nice and I might have to try it but it does seem a bit time consuming I wanted to ask for your advice when printing on white shirts I keep having issues when I print on white shirts the print fades pretty bad after washing the shirts I’ve tried with and without pre treat and they still fade, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong

This is a good video, but there are printers that are dtf Direct to film is a process mostly used in Asia due to its ability to last longer than DTG also there are automatic shakers and ovens as well
