So question, if I use multi sig and use seed to pull up on another wallet does multi sig still in play or can someone steal my coins with seed and not need my multi sig wallets Does multi sig carry over to blockchain Comment from : Carpet Sparkle Carpet Cleaning |

Hey Ben Long shot here but is there any reason why I can’t see my utxo in sparrow if I see the correct fingerprint in “settings”? I exported xpub from coldcard, not seeing transactions or utxo (there’s only 1)… I can see the funds on mempool in my address, I can see them in green wallet (created wallet on jade, recovered on coldcard) I exported from jade to sparrow as well and do not see any transactions (should be 3) and no utxo (should be one) I want to understand sparrow before I start moving real value Comment from : cheebug |
Hi Ben! Can I use one of my coldcards for both a signer of a multisig wallet and also use it for another singlesig wallet for smaller amounts? Not sure if it needs to be dedicated to multisig only? Comment from : ivecadit |
Do I need to run my own node in order to download and use Sparrow? Comment from : Sue Rose |
Why do airgapped devices need this extra information on them for multisig? That's a part of multisig I don't understand yet The ledger/bitbox only needs to get connected for example Comment from : Mr 0x50 |
Super! Amazing! Thank you! Comment from : Serge Levesque |
Hey Thank you so much for you video I’m stuck with my coins mixed in Sparrow but only the first round I have configured to withdraw to a cold wallet after 4 mixes but none of the utxo are being remixed, stuck at 1 Can someone help me there? Comment from : Vincent Vainunska |

What information do Sparrow receive when you plug a wallet? The public key? And how is the multi sig adress generated? Comment from : ludo ludo |
I just switched from a Trezor to a Coldcard The Trezor was idiot-proof - a doddle to set up & use, but the Coldcard is mind-bogglingly complicated to a non-techie like me It is on a whole different level, and I am having to navigate a lot of stuff I've never even heard of! I would be lost without your helpful tutorials - thank you! Comment from : Hugo Miller |

Please Help, I'm trying to connect my Blockstream Jade to Sparrow I am going through Tor using my Bitcoin Node (Electrum) I have rebooted 2 time and still get the same ERROR message brbrCould not open client or get fingerprint information: could not open port "COM4": PermissionError(13, 'Access is denied', None,5) Comment from : Mr₿⚡️ |
Well done Comment from : YourFlooringMan |
Thanks Ben, helpful to see Sparrow working in action I would have preferred to see you verify the receiving address on each device when demonstrating multisig rather than trusting the address that Sparrow Wallet generated It's vital not to rely on the address that a software wallet generates and to always verify the same address is showing on the hardware wallets It was good that you highlighted that you can't verify receiving addresses using a ledger in a multisig set up Comment from : Skydrops6 |

Are the 12 mnemonic words the only thing I need to recover all my assets in the sparrow wallet in another computer? Do I need to export the wallet or record the passphrase etc? Comment from : Yellowknight888 |

Great video I have a question I set up my Coldcard wallet and linked it to Sparrow Wallet originally by plugging it directly to my computer, but I now want to use the SD card to do partially signed transactions Is it worth resetting it and making a new wallet without plugging it in at all, or is it fine if I just use the SD card going forward? Comment from : MazzyzaM |

Thanks for doing this - big time saver for many I assume The exported txt file, how does the Coldcard store that? If you switch to a fresh Coldcard, and set it up with the same seed, you will need that same txt file again I assume? You can export it again from Sparrow at any time of course But in Sparrow, it's not enough to backup my seed, right? I assume I will also need to keep a backup of each wallet? Feels a bit intransparent compared to just putting one metal plate in a safe Comment from : Jay Play |
good content, I'm going to test the multisig, I have a question, what would be necessary to save to be able to replicate the multisig wallet on another computer? Comment from : Jordi M |

Thank you for the excellent tutorial video One thing I have not quite wrapped my head around is the creation of the hardware wallet and the seed phrase So, if someone was to create a wallet using trezor suite, they would have to record a seed phrase However, when I watch your video here I see that no seed phrase is associated with the cold wallet creation in sparrow Do you only ever need one seed phrase for multiple wallets if you use the same trezor? Thank you for the great content and any time to answer this question Comment from : Ryan MacWilliams |
Hey may I ask one qusetion?brI used one wallet sent 001250821BTC to my ledger X,brI been charged 00001895 BTC as fee for this Transaction , it's quite high, and that is the lowest options from that walletbrwhen I checked "view in explorer" I saw this br"This transaction could save 42 on fees by upgrading to native SegWit-Bech32 or 31 by upgrading to SegWit-P2SH"brMay I ask how to lower the fees ?br
brThank you Comment from : LoveAnd Peace |
