What happens is Zac here sells off your over collateralized Bitcoin at the bottom of the market(162k) and thus destroys your life So you see the market crashing, you do the right thing and solidify your loan with more collateral to avoid a margin call and this piece of slime STILL sells off your Bitcoin at the bottom of the market That's how this how scam goes down and shout out to Robert for calling it out months in advance

It sounds that the busienss is built on high return on arbitrage As soon as the arbitragers cant make 9-10 return, they cant afford to borrow from BlockFi Hence BlockFi cant pays 86 to depositors anymore Let alone there will be more and more competitors into this lending spaces to compete on rates It all sounds like 1980's private loan businesses to me
