I am struggling so much with my job I tried to listen to my caller so much but it seems like I don't even get what they're saying My workmates told me it's normal because I am adjusting to their accent and I'll get used to it soon I know I have a long way to go before I can take the call confidently It feels like my mind is not coordinating with ears🥺

Now I know non verbal cues is very crucial in phone conversation Now I realize, when a time the interviewer asked me a few questions because of my lower voice I think they lose interest to talk to me through the phone Before the end of the line, they ask me wait for our call and we clarify if you are qualified to the position
