Fast forward to March 2022 and i had this error not matter what i did i knew it was all correct ,so i went on reddt someone recently suggested turining off the wifi though the ps4 network settings, and it worked Resetting my router didn't help so you have to do it though the ps4 I hope this helps someone because it was such a pain It even gave me and error using my paypal acount, but now it works perfectly fine Note: make sure to turn off the wifi for a few minutes Comment from : Jimmy Robinson
