Hi Mrs Susan, I enjoyed this meditation with a face maskbrbrI started feeling claustrophobic with a mask like it was suffocating me or a plunger being stuck on my facebrbrI tried to take my mind off the fear by breathing in slowly, positive self-talk, and tasks that distract me from the maskbrbrIt felt relaxing and you have to do another one of those videosbrbrHave you ever felt like a mask is a plunger stuck on your face and you can't remove it?
