Honestly, I like all the Watch Dogs, but Watch Dogs 1 has to be my favorite out of them all The vibe to it hits different, especially with the lightning and I also like the map being in Chicago It felt like a fall/winter vibe which is my favorite season and it was fun doing the random crimes to boost up your reputation Aiden Pearce is definitely iconic Watch Dogs character 🙌

Very new to this series and i found WDL to be much better I played through the first hour of WD2 and it just wasn’t as appealing to me ended up uninstalling the game the controls in WDL are just so much better and i liked the customization much more also how you can literally be any character at anytime you want to be is just amazing

I think with the water ripples in WDL, in my personal gameplay, you very rarely encounter these things, like i never actually swam in water in WDL since there are so many ways to cross the water like on the bridge, with a cargo drone, with a boat etc Swimming is like the least effective way to go across water and the dev team probably thought as well

The truth that most people don't see is how much laziness Ubisoft has disguised behind this entire "futuristic" setting Auto driving cars sounds cool, but really they didn't have to bother programming too many NPC driving them They know how lame their AI is, so they also used drones (which don't work all the time) now to pursuit Instead of actual police chases on foot That saved them time from programming police foot chases Notice how they don't even bother to escort their arrested victims to their cars anymore? Requires more programming It's all one big lazy project I can go on forever with how much they cut out

Watchdogs 1 had the best story and main character hands down no question, watchdogs 2 had a good map/setting, and best music, and watch dogs 3 has the best gameplay mechanics ie recruiting for dedsec, changing characters, stuff like that

Watch dogs legion is Ubisoft being too lazy to develop a real protagonist with good VA, story and mocap I think it is cheaper or easier to procedurally generate levels and characters with generic lines and voice acting

Played Legion and for some reason I just felt like I was wasting my time lol The story and playing different characters was annoying to me I just played watchdogs 2 on my PS5 and graphics still look amazing and it’s way better than Legion in my opinion!

I love watch dogs legion I preordered it when it came out and was not disappointed at all I put a lot of hours into it and it delivered on the idea greatly I appreciate its uniqueness as well I enjoy being anyone I want to be and change them up to my desire rather than be a forced character with limited customization I just wish it would’ve had a gun store and maybe more cutscenes overall, I don’t get the hate for it The whole franchise is good to me

The voices really don’t match up well in Legion Maybe it was who I picked but I had some chick construction worker and her voice didn’t match her look at alllll Legion was fun and I’m doing it backwards but played Legion first and now I’m on WD2 I’m REALLY liking WD2 better Legion had some cool features due to each character having their own special abilities and weapons like the Spy, who I really recommend in Legion I used him for most of the game But SF is actually a cool environment in 2 I like it better than London Overall, I think WD2 is a better game Now that both have FPS boosts, WD2 almost seems like it’s the newer game
