I'm so sad, I really like personality test, but A lot of them are English, and I'm a 14 years old teen, who learn English at school, and I really try my best to understand the video, but it's really hard for me (it's better when they are subtitles, English or French) I don't even know if you will see and understand this comment 😅brbrBut anyway, I find this really interesting, because I think you might be a professional, or something! 😊brbrHave a great day, thank you for this video 😊

How do you use cbt on people who have a mental limitation and are diagnosed with a mental disorder like depression, anger management issues, A few off them can't reflect on themself because they don't have the ability to do that Can you still use a model of cbt or is there something specially made to make it easier to use?

Except for type A personality, the "no" answers are far fewer and easier to count for me than the "yes" answers for B, C, and D types :/

I got 14 yes, it is weird, i am quite a go happy guy and gotten like best friend award in school and no one dislikes me: I also was very social when i was younger, when i was around 14 i started playing more games abd stopped the social activities i had before like football, im still quite extroverted at times and when im comfortable i am very extroverted and social however relationships platonic and otherwise is hard for me I dont let others 2 close and everytime someone messages me or smth i get nervous of what 2 type etc like i have a block even though in most social sitations i can function and never had any problems with being social or having conversations, Idk i feels either there is pressure on me or something is wrong idk what 2 do etc, have a hard time wanting 2 push myself 2 go to parties etc because i allways come up with nonlogical situations that is worst possible scenarios that wont happen but i still kinda think so and the comfort of games/ not being let down or the feeling of just being out of place/ not having fun/being judged/missed the train makes me just shut out the possibilities Idk i feek more happy lately though, ive startes going to the gym and picked up tennis which i play with some classmates every week I have alot of people that like me ( i think) but i never let people get close, idk i dont give them the oppurtunity and whatever idk Also sometimes i feel so fluid in social situations and others i feel so out of place and just frozen idk Not suicidal not any problem with drugs no problem with self harm moreso numb and bored or just like the color green doesnt rly feel green or the sun is not as nice as i remembered it seems dull, grey like looking ar life from a lense sometimes, as i said getting abit better

Thank you, Emma This is very interesting I had equal percentage of C and D and I’m trying to deal with trauma from childhood because as I age The effects of trauma are more and more visible It’s a struggle to do it alone and really wish you were nearby to be my counselor

Type A - 13 YesbrType B - 11 YesbrType C - 10 YesbrType D - 14 YesbrSo I’d say I’m a real mix between A and D mostly I’m an anxious mess at times who fears rejection and can struggle in social situations but can be a confident, bubbly , outgoing person brbrThis is amazing! Thank you for doing this! Really have enjoyed doing this!
