To me, it looks like that's the script "Randy" knows, and even though it looked like Richard's account was minus $15,000, I think it was, Randy's brain couldn't cope with that disconnect, so he kept trying to get Richard to send whatever the original overage (the refund plus the "mistake") back to the scammers in the form of gift cardsbrbrI think Richard broke his brain
