I’ve always had thick curly hair But also had the usual shedding and growing and it wasn’t a big concern Since last year, I’ve been losing more hair and I can see a slow receding in the front and it worries me I even asked for any micro nutrient/mineral deficiencies and was asked to take biotin Even if it works on my nails, I’m not sure it helped with my hair in previous years I have iron and b12 deficiencies Have to see it that’s the cause Comment from : Suganti Anand |
