Thankyou for sharing as I've been looking into how to create my instruction videos for fitness, strength and conditioning, technique correction, MMA drills for better understanding for beginners and massage therapy techniques as I've seen so many do these and I can't count how many times I've seen danger sites on what others have shown and try to teach not realizing they can endanger their clients or online viewers with no knowledge of the proper techniques Or simply not caring that their instructions can lead to permanent damage
