Price wise, consoles are always better, let's take an example of Xbox series x it costs around $700-800 it's the price of medium or sub high video card but you can't get nothing besides video card for that rate but if you buy 1050 with some old chipset it can't compete against console, optimazation is whole another level on both two, Xbox was realesed in 2005-2006 but it got GTA V yeah its with awful graphics but ain't way any powerful set up of PC which could be in 2006 could run GTA V
