Technically it’s the open / close during the time interval you specify

Note: for Green Candles( bullish) the opening price is at the bottom of the candle and the closing price is at the top of the candle For Red Candles (bearish) the opening price is at the top and the closing price is at the bottom Also remember to take into account if you are looking it at an hourly, weekly, monthly, or a yearly candle

It's all about open price and close proce if the open price is higher than close price mean red😢brIf the open price less than clos price mean green😂brNo sutch thing as too red or too green so no need to focus at highest or lowest price😊
