I know this is a very old video but I have to ask,if I take Ciri to Velen or just like in this video Ciri refuses to go to Emhyr BUT in Reasons of State Radovid gets killed and I refuse to kill Roche and end up getting Djikstra killed TOO,so basically Nilgaard rules Redania,does Ciri become a witcheress since she refused to see her father or she becomes an empress no matter what since Nilfgaard wins?

Emhyr was never a father for it to matter in that regard, he didn't raise her, he didn't soothe her when she was going through troubles, or showed her the right way to do things, it was always a fitting end for her to be a witcher and not an empress

I believe this is exactly what Ciri would have done Geralt is pretty much a father to her, so his opinion would matter allot Oh and after reading the books and hearing from Emhyr's mouth that he only wants her for reasons of state, Geralt would tell Ciri to stay away from Emhyr

I never read the books, only played the Witcher 1 and Witcher 2 As a result, I always thought of the Wild Hunt as some transcendent entity, some higher, otherworldly phenomenon Kinda like O'DimmbrbrSo you can imagine my confusion after the snowball fight when Ciri wakes us up and gives us this speech I was so certain she was playing a practical joke on us I felt really weird and out of the loop afterwardsbrbrHad I read the books, and more of the glossary, I would have known that the Wild Hunt were nothing more than interdimensional elves The events on Bald Mountain felt fucking horrible honestly until I eventually came to grips with it Eh ehbrbrKilling the hags lessened the blow I admit The fight with Imilreth, and everything pertaining to the Wild Hunt afterwards however It all felt so hollow

I just found this dialogue too I like this option a lot more because she makes the decision herself and you don't hide the information from her, which made feel just a little bad I want to make sure though, you still get the 'witcher' ending like this right?
