I started on 9/6-9/28/23 and did twice a day every day plus my fasting 8/16 no eat after 5pm I seen some change With the work out alone won’t see much of the different if you only do it for 14 days I’m still doing the exercises and will keep on doing it until I get tired of it Overall good & easy work out Comment from : @katherinele2487 |
