I used your code and bought the Tangem wallet It arrived I opened the envelope and noticed that the seals on the box were already broken I'm leary of using the wallet because the seals were not intact right out of the package🙁

Great job as always, CC! Is there any benefit to having multiple HW cold storage wallets, say three perhaps even from three different companies, with a third of our cold storage crypto on each? Also, can a Tangem device store the SAME 24-passphrase and act as a duplicate access method to the same phrase on a Ledger for example, in effect giving me a backup way to access the same crypto? Thanks!

You are my crypto Guru Casey Thank youbrI ordered the 3 set from Tangem, the seals were broken prior to shipping Tangem sent me an email a day before it arrived to say that the seals break in transit Guaranteed that is not what cut the seals Now I am afraid to use the wallets I just purchased

I bought this item following CryptoCasey's link and they are sending these wallets in a box with a broken seal and an "email guarantee" informing that the cards weren't tampered with For me this defeats the whole purpose to have them Online return and refund policy ask you to send the cards to a Honk Kong mailing address Shipping costs not refundable Beware

i just received and bought two brand new tangem wallets and ordered directly from the manufacture It was mailed to me from apparently through a third party Both showed the security seal was tampered with I'm very upset and won't activate these as i have no faith or confidence in them The company wants me to pay for the shipping all the way to Hong Kong when it came from Utah I WILL NOT be using these BEWARE FOR TAMPERED SECURITY SEALS

May of already been asked, but if you lose your phone you simply re-install the Tangem app on the new phone and scan the card after entering the wallet pin?

So I was ready to order The Tangem2 Wallet First, the order is international Delivery time is 5 to 20 days 2nd, They charge a $599 International shipping charge This was the kicker, the countries that do not pay an International charge include: Russia, Ukrain, Belarus and Iran Does that mean they are produced or shipped from these countries Very sketchy to say the least
