Thank yoy so much for this video I bought an open box ASUS A16 advantage edition laptop from Best Buy & they didn’t factory reset it before reselling and they wouldn’t have been able to get me in for a reset until next week -_-

This is not a solution if you forgot your password or pin to do a hard reset The main thing is you probably have a phone with email look up when you registered your Asus and follow that link it will bring you up to login and forgot PIN it will talk you through it A hard reset is just lazy or if you did something bad which can be brought right back up again because hard wipe doesn't actually wipe it it just writes over it
