One thing i wish I had figured out sooner is that the more clothes you have, the longer they will lastbrIn the past i used to buy enough clothes to go about my life and only replace them when they were too worn out or straight up damaged, which kept me very limited when it comes to puttin outfits together I thought I was saving money by not having more clothes than I actually need, but i was so wrong, because in the end, you pretty much get the same amout of wear and washing out of an itembrbrSo if you have the money, buy more clothes than the bare minimum right away, because it will give you more options and your clothes will last much longer, since you wear each piece less

I love how simple you've made this I always thought it was a chore or too complex to dress well Only thing I personally see I would struggle to incorporate is jackets I get hot real easily and my sweat stains are no joke lol Due to that, I tend to take off whatever jacket, coat, etc, when I go inside

Biggest mistake, online shopping Don't do it unless you're familiar with the brand and know your size Also it's hard staring at the closet figuring out what to wear I layed out every piece of clothing and shoes that i own on the bed and took pictures of them, make a photo gallery I find it easier to scroll through the photos to pick out an outfit that way

This is incredibly helpful Most of the videos I tried to watch were full of hypermasculine mumbo jumbo about being an alpha male This is just honest and to the point I appreciate you being willing to say the truth, which is for males your physique is really important in style I am working on that now (15lbs down, 50 more to go) But this video helped me solidify what to do in the meantime

Can get them tailored if too big It could be a shirt that’s too big , but a tailor can help you fit it too your body type Graphic shirts it depends on the brand Ralph Lauren’s bear I will wear it cause it’s iconic I feel like iconic graphic shirt’s different Or there American flag T-shirts love them That is a small part of my wardrobe The rest have the brands name on it or emblem To give a more mature look Even though I’m about to be 40 still look 30 For some reason I look a decade younger than my real age So I guess this doesn’t affect me yet lol

I like some of what is mentioned in the video I will say, the idea of going with solid white sneakers with tight fit jeans is really a no-go They’re ok with light jeans Sneakers/ dress pants, meh Should be more loafers, casual tie ore buckle shoes Go real casual with khakis, put them with darker sneakers or boot cut shoes There may be those that like loose fit jeans and could style it up right with solid white, paid, blue, dark colors for autumn button down or stay collared Height too for casual jeans or even dress jeans look can differ for tall and short men All style/color is seasonal as well
