Its obvious those of you commenting on Pat have no idea how the life insurance market is structured as far as hierarchy is concerned brbrWith that said, Pats organization seems to bring in agents, train them how to sell, but does not provide any specific marketing or warm lead source for the agents brbrIs this wrong? No What is wrong is getting with an organization and buying leads that they say are exclusive to one agent, when in fact are sold to several different agents That is a scummy agency brbrSomeone new in the business is not going to know how to market life insurance nor would they probably have the available funds to devote to such costs brbrAnother note, roughly 95 of all agents in the life insurance market fail and ultimately leave the businessbrbrIn my years of being in that industry, majorityof those agents who consistently produced, ultimately left the business The chargeback hamster wheel and rising lead cost just gets old Its really a bitch to keep agents long term with one organization no matter how good the organization is

I think you guys have never been inside an MLM or companies like his I once entered one of these when I was young, naive and irresponsible After a month in I recognized the fact that I simply wasn't willing to put in the work and stopped putting any kind of work That made me one of those $200 people that you say were scammed and had their dreams crushed and all that bs I lost some money because I was not responsible or hungry enough and that's it You are just looking at the numbers and not at what's behind, like me and others like me that make up most of those numbers Of course some people do stay there years and years and don't make it despite working hard but that's just their fault for not recognizing they don't have the skills; you can't make a pig fly despite him trying for years This is all just thw same capitalism you say you love All my opinion :)

The biggest problem with PHP isn't that it's an MLM and agents aren't making money The problem is that it's an MLM in the life insurance industry Agents get so focused on recruiting and building their teams to make money off them they don't get trained correctly They are selling products like Annuities, IUL's, Universal Life, etcto get a big commission and these products can really affect people's lives in the future This industry isn't a part-time gig You're playing with people's livelihoods to make money Clients can potentially get screwed down the line if the product wasn't executed and set up correctly
