This test was done with the vsync option on When vsync is off the game is still capped at 30fps on both consoles but the game can also tear bitly/3jFdvTybrbrPS4 Pro renders at a resolution of 3360x2160 when outputting at 2160p PS4 Pro renders at a resolution of 1920x1080 when outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled The 1080p mode on PS4 Pro has frame pacing issues not seen in the 2160p mode The frame rate doesn't seem to drop as low in some scenes on PS4 Pro when running in the 1080p mode bitly/3jFdvTybrbrPS4 renders at a resolution of 1920x1080

Came back to my ps4 after playing pc for a long while, Holy shit this game was completely unplayable to me, im used to 60fps ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, averaging between 120 and 144, I understand this is a old cheap console but damn, I at least wanted consistency!

The biggest difference is definitely in the stuttering on old PS4 Just look at all those spikes in the frametime graph compared to the relatively smooth line of the Pro

I tried getting into this game but the frame drops and stutter/lag and texture make it unplayable for me My PS4 is old and seems to have trouble with the menus even There’s a lot of texture pop-in too which It’s a shame cuz the game looks so intriguing The music is great too
