Here's a reminder: If you want to remove the BIOS password it's a better idea to make a dump of it instead of flashing a random dump, as random dumps can cause issues with Intel ME and whatnot With Dell laptops, there's usually password crackers availablebrbrThis will also NOT work on ThinkPads, if you want to clear the password you can just do the EEPROM trick for older models (t430/420, old IBM era models, etc) If you want to unbrick it you need a "clean" BIOS dump without a serial number of another Thinkpadbr htr3ngithubio/2019/06/t430s-supervisor-password-removal/ Comment from : @pawsinmyface4560

The bios lock may have been resolved but did you check to see in bios setup that your serial number, UUID, MAC address, product name etc match what is shown on the bottom of your notebook?
