Airplaying videos on Safari browser is so glitchy as heck! I have the latest iPad Pro with IOS 166 and with Apple TV 4k 2nd Gen I am connected by network ethernet The iPad is connected via Wifi I can't even begin to describe how many glitches there are

Hi Apple Support I currently have a very new iPad Pro being used by a Chinese senior He/she uses the iPad language keyboard to search for Chinese video content to cast I want to know if AppleTV's Airplay feature will do things I am looking for Can it do the below use cases?brbrYoutube App:br1) Open Youtube App in iPad Search for Chinese video using Chinese keyboardbr2) Find/play video and click on Airplay button to cast on TVbr3) Video only plays on TV and not on iPad, video controls remain to pause, stop, or forwardbrbrSafari or Chrome Web Browser App:br1) Find Chinese webpage with video using iPad's Chinese keyboardbr2) If browser app detects video content inside webpage, it should display an Airplay button underneath videobr3) Press on Airplay button underneath video to cast to TV Video does not play on iPad, but video controls remain to control video on TVbrbrSafari or Chrome Web Browser App:br1) Find Chinese webpage with video using iPad's Chinese keyboardbr2) If webpage embedded video is not detected, cast entire browser tab User can maximize/full-screen the video, which would stop playing the video on the iPad, but continue playing on the TV as a streamed/casted video Video controls remain on the iPad (this is existing functionality of Chromecast)brbrThe iPad is a very expensive Chinese character drawing keyboard I am hoping Apple doesn't disappoint compared to Chromecast functionality

Do you need to have Apple TV cast thing like a chromecast I mean to cast Apple TV from my iPhone to the smart tv I'm new to iPhone just got my first iPhone recently I have a Hisense series 6 it's about 3 years old now the tv appreciate any help thanks
