Wow!!!! this makes shadows, light sources and diffuse lighting so much better, even smal things like bullets have now real time ambient occlusion and you see much more details that you cant see without ray tracing Ray Tracing makes this game so much more plastic, even more than mordern warfare did and with a rtx 3080 OC it makes just 20 fps lost at >150 fps at 1440p all maxed out Dont trust the negative comments, they just dont have a RTX 3000 card XD Thats a dream for people who used Resahde or SweetFX on every game they play My specs are: i7 10700k, 32 gb ddr4, 1T ssd nvme and a rtx 3080 overcloced BTW there are way more better scenes that can definitely show the difference between rtx off and on, just google it if you are lazy to play it yourself Comment from : Lala Patala |

It’s not as impressive as I was hopingbrThey only used Ray Traced shadows (like Modern Warfare did on PC) They didn’t do any accurate reflections, diffuse lighting, or subsurface scattering (all those are things that raytracing makes possible) When those are all used, it makes something that looks pretty real But with only the shadows being Ray traced, we don’t get a major differencejust softer shadows Comment from : Josh Hoffman |

The ray tracing seems to clean up shadows and dark areas really well now RTX GI or reflections is more noticeable but this is pretty cool RTX shadows and Ambient occlusion fixes the problem of "glowing" objects that should be dark Or areas that are too bright or dark That difference at 1:47 makes adler's hair and face look way better His hair should be making his forehead darker since it blocks it and RTX fixes that Comment from : Sevrent |
