Hi Sabrina brI completely agree with the appreciation thing I've met a guy that I've only been able to face time with (we live on opposite coasts), but I've been able to talk to him about something tough that I've been going through Just to learn that he's been going through something similar I told him that I appreciate that he's been a shoulder for me and that I love him for that He told me flat out that my saying that made him feel good and now it seems like he is even more happy to see me when we get the chance to talk Not that he wasn't happy to see before that

I just turned 50, and I've been dating a guy for 3 months now, who's a widower,(wife died 3 yrs ago), and I found out, has ALS He's dealing with a LOT of stress, obviously He's very cute and funny, but still distant, and his texts are usually only a few words Sometimes he doesn't respond Am I dealing with too much baggage here?
