It happened to me 5 years i put efforts to built the company Got the investments and investors demanded board seat and within 2 months new Con man introduced as a CEO by Board to run day to day activity Another 4 months i am coerced to resign Finally i have lost the assets and factories i built over 5 years and R&D setup and materials and finally My shares and IPR's Now i am alone standing for my self to fight in court of law They even threatened me if i do not resign they will hire 100lawyers and file 100 false cases to make me run around to the court They even filed false FIR against me and my father after calling us for negotiation meeting Truth prevails but takes time and energy to fight with money monsters Start up should do due diligence of VC's Or family office before even the first interaction with them
