Tip: Don't use scatter reducing attachment when doing Shooting practice in camp, sometimes u hit the ballon even if u didn't aim correctly

There's another way to get the upgrade materials too though it's limited and only worth it to a point and that's gifting certain npcs, once their acquaintance goes up they'll send you a gift which again depending on the npc can be either the weapon or armor upgrade material, other npcs can give skill points and formula shards
