Hi I have a Dell inspiron 15 - 7000 series, it has a touchscreen but I have not been able to make a single scratch, only use buttons and that's it I think I don't know how to use it and it would help me a lot Do I need a special pencil or something? Is there a tutorial on the use of the touchscreen? I checked and it is activated, but it does not work for me, can I try it with my fingers? I would very much like to be able to use this tool Thank you for all your help

My dell 7570 i7 8gb 256gb costed my ₹86,000 but 2 years later, your hinge was so hard that all the pasted screws came off and now when I went service center, the guy told me it would take around ₹10,000 for body change, that is ridiculous, highly disappointed with build quality, this was my 4th dell laptop and I am never gonna buy dell again
