There has been a lot of talk about institutional involvement and consequent accompanying regulations But I find it hard to see how governments would legitimize decentralized crypto with oversight and laws given the national security issues that would be raised Mining of crypto can happen even in adversarial states Given the unknown edge cases of risks, would any government risk their national security on such a decentralized platform?
