Don't skip setting the location to Taiwan, if you leave the router at default (China) it will automatically download the a newer firmware and restart back in Chinese language If you set it at Taiwan, it will check firmware and see that it's current and not update

please ALL BE AWARE that this router doesn't allow to set DMZ at the same time with port forwarding Just buy if you really intent to upgrade the firmware to OpenWRT because its main functionality is very limited and doesn't allow to redirect port 80 at all

Wow nice review, after saw this review i bougt the router locally in my country, but i had a questions, how turn off auto update firmware on this product, after flashing the English Firmware suddenly a couple hours later it using the latest firmware again with chinese language, and one more thing, is there any tricks or tips for me so i can use the apps My Wifi with this router, the latest apps form playstore ver (401) can't detect the router, although i'm already switch the wireless region in Hongkong or Europe, the previous version of the software also can't detect this router Because i can't access the usb storage if i can't use the My Wifi apps Thanks

Nice video & great job I have one question though can I connect multiple modems to this router? Being connected all the time is so important for me (for professional reasons) That's why I have multiple connections from multiple ISP's in my house So is this router able to manage multiple connections? For instance if one of the modem's is down switching to the other one, or doing a load balance kind of thing, for given a group of mac addresses use this isp's connection and for an other group use the other isp's connection

Hi, WPS was always available through the app and also recently IPv6 is available toobrTaiwanese frimware is quite old and in the meantime Chinese ver had some updates And the last thing, in my opinion the easiest way to have English language is to open Chinese ver with Chrome which translate for you into English and you're also stay up to datebrThanks
