Hi! I'm 21 yrs old and last 1 yr I went through a massive amount of hairloss I did go to a derm for help but rather than examining properly, he just said that it's most likely hereditary and randomly prescribed some haircare products But 3 months of use and my hairfall shows no sign of decline 😢

I have alopecia and went to see a doctor when I was in my twenties now about to be 40, and they told me it’s because I get relaxers I had natural hair, they didn’t even examine me or take me seriously I also had bad psoriasis at the time It was so disheartening and now all my hair is gone I will look into seeing a black dermatologist but I don’t think my hair can grow back
