It seems to me this DNA trick is nothing new, those working in the jails are irresponsible and incompetent, simply don't care enough about the victims there only worried about their paycheck The case in this video proves it! This incident alone should trigger an investigation, not in the way how many inmates have gotten away with tampering with the DNA? How many potential murderers are there letting go out on the streets because of incompetent personnel?
