How about this company is garbage did the update 1711 last week totally messed up all of my contact cards and photos erased some very important contact info lost the photos to my text messages and lost so many to this crap called "posters" Just a mess Can't even tell who's calling me or texting me and who I have blocked Only thing that is there is phone numbers no names no pics After spending 4 hours in the store and another 3 hours on the phone with Apple they were not able to help me If this is a gimmick to get people to buy a new phone I may be going to get my first android after this This is horrible and none of Apple Store or Engineers can get my phone to get former backups to work correctly No follow up Nothing Just a mess!
